Coricraft Klerksdorp review: 2 couches

I bought 2 buffed taupe leather couches. Before I placed my order, I visited several stores to make sure that this is the colour I want. I received is a MUCH darker colour than any of the products in the same colour that I saw in different stores and the quality of the leather is terrible. The leather is scrached (not natural "scars") and the seat of the one couch is definitely not filled enough. I phoned the Klersdorp branch to complain. I've send photo's and make folliw up calls every week but after 2 months I still haven't received any feedback. Can someone please assist me in this matter?
