On Jan 1,2022, I placed an order with Coolaren, [protected]@idrice.com for for 3 pair of heavy weight fleece cargo pants. The website stated three to four weeks delivery time. It has been over a month and I have not heard anything from the company. I sent several emails the the address listed no no response. Order # 258466-PLN84818 with tracking # but no shipping date. Payment was made using Pay Pal account. No response from attempt to connect this company.

The item I ordered from this company was shipped from China. It takes time to travel from there. The item I bought was nothing like the advertisement. I filed a complaint with PayPal's resolution center. That was the only way I was able to contact Coolaren.
Items ordered have not yet arrived but was billed to my pay pal. I have the order ID and will be filing a complaint with the Pay Pal's resolution center. I know it is buyer beware, they should not be allowed to keep deceiving people and scamming them out of their money. Shame on them.
Terrible customer relations. Deceptive advertising. Overpriced items.
Ordered inflatable ornaments in early December. Ad stated 2 week delivery-in time for Xmas. Tracking shows item didn't even ship til after Xmas and finally arrived in mid January. Requested a refund, offered 1/3 of what they charged. Found the same items for a fraction of the price. Tried communicating with them via email, finally went thru Paypal resolution center. Still waiting for a satisfactory refund.
WILL NEVER TRUST THEIR ADS NOR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. STAY AWAY.
This company is a SCAM. I ordered the kinetic sculpture and similar to other comments here, I received a poor imitation of what was advertised (about 1/20th of the advertised size and completely non-functioning, without the necessary mechanism to make it actually kinetic). Also ordered a pair of shorts which were of a terrible quality and completely different from what was advertised.
Tried to contact them on multiple occasions only to be ignored.
I used the Paypal Disputes process which finally forced them to respond in some manner.
They offered a partial (20%) refund as they were clearly in the wrong and I assume they hoped I'd accept that and let them keep some of the money they'd fraudulently obtained from me.
I didn't accept this and ultimately Paypal decided in my favour and sent me a full refund.
Stanlly-a (also known as 'Coolaren') IS A SCAM and will RIP YOU OFF if you give them your business.
