ConsumerGadgetDepot review: Unauthorized charges

I ordered an iPad pro said I had won and with only $5.95 shipping. This was July 6th and to this date I have not received this product. Plus an unauthorized charge of $79.95 was done 3 days later. I want a refund of both charges of $85.90. I was only refunded $39.95. I cancelled that credit card so they couldn't charge any more and have been disputing it with my credit card but not getting anywhere. I need help getting the rest of my money back.
