Zoxoro Megastore / Products ordered and not delivered no return contact from company

No physical Australian Address all correspondance is through Australian email addresses and phone numbers, Australia

I purchased 2 items from Zoxoro on the 11th July and recieved shipping confirmation on the 14th of July they stated that delivery was from 10 to 12 working days. When looking at the tracking the items have been stagnet for some time when the delivery time had passed it just kept changing until such time that there was no estimated delivery time anymore. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls leaving messages without any reply. The sad part is i thought being an Australian website that the items would come from Australia i guess not. All im looking for is to now get my money back.
