[Resolved] YuppTV / yupp tv subscription

I contacted the customer service to change my pack from Hindi to Marathi hindi. I was told I would have to pay account activation charge of 10 pounds. My account is already active. Just want to change the pack I use. Cannot use the website to do it as it just freezes up. I have the chat copy. Please resolve this issue. It just gets frustrating unnecessarily. Thank you.

  • Resolution statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
