[Resolved] YuppTV / worst customer service

They renewed my membership w/o asking for my permission. When I cancelled the service, They told me that I will get prorated amount.
The 1-800 number did not work when I called, the Atlanta 404 number responded after 30 minutes of wait!! How can companies like this grow That amazes me ! I never watch the channels because the package shows too many columns while that are just the news channels from various languages. Nicely cheating customers!

  • Resolution statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
