This is a HOPELESS service. I had issues with my VODs and it had been my all time job for 10 days chatting with customer service representatives for minimum of 3-4 hrs each day. They made me do all stupid things that are possible with my Samsung bluray player. Same old process of repeating the issue from scratch for every new representative. Finally, I decided to cancel the subscription and I had to make the representative believe that my VODs are not working which again took 4 hrs. Finally, my YEARLY subscription was cancelled and it has been 2 weeks now that I did not get my refund. Now, this is my all time job asking for refund.
