Xpert-Solutions review: Terrible experience

I had gotten Xpert-solutions to take a look at my laptop they had spent three days on it trying to figure out what the problem was... they said it was the video card..than they blamed it on alienware saying it was what their technicians said... even though Xps solutions told me it was for sure the video card... they never fixed it because the technician or so called fake expert... couldn't even get past the screws on the back of my laptop... I took my laptop into a Different place... and they had diagnosed it as the fan and fixed it all in within 8hours. I told XPS this and they refused my refund... they had misdiagnosed but claimed that they had told me it could of been the fan as well... idiots... the other technician said..it was simple he just needed to turn it on and look under the laptop to notice one fan wasn't spinning. On top of that Xps claims they could of charged me more because of the 3 visits to my house... which isn't MY FAULT to start with... their technician was uneducated and was less then a expert in fixing anything. XPS Solutions ARE Rip-oFFs of true computer technicians don't make the mistake I DID!
