I bought large set of earnings from the company www.yoins.com. The seller provided the confirmation information and the order arrived on time, but when I opened the parcel, it turned out that several earnings were missing. I was so upset and disappointed. I called to the customer services and asked to send the missing stuff, but the agent only provided useless promises. I won’t buy from them again.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
