[Resolved] www.xeniumholidays.com / Her advice ruined our trip
The company www.xeniumholidays.com is completely unprofessional. We planned the trip and booked everything through them. But the rep advised us another trip and told that we would enjoy it better. We felt into trap and purchased another trip, but we didn’t like it at all. So, people if you want to order trip through them, do as you think and don’t listen to them, because they don’t know what they offer you.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

can you provides booking details, date of booking and which sales person call you and book packages.can you give mobile no of sales person. or screenshot of booking details. and also can you send payment details and account no where you pay.
