My prom dress
I bought an evening prom dress from this store and it never showed up. My prom was last month and I did not had my dress.
I was nervous and stressed out and tried to reach these guys.
They only replied that someone from their team will contact me later.
Well, that "later" never happened.
I wasted my time, tried to reach them, but failed, these criminals didn't reply. I can't get a refund and I think that it's time for me to give up. I don't want UWDress in my life, I want to forget about them.
I still hope that maybe one day I'll get my money back, but I'm 100% sure that will never happen. All I can say is that this company doesn't deserve to be trusted.
Seller returned money for the dress, but it was really small sum
I and my family were surprised to get such ugly dress, which I have bought from www.uwdress.com. All my friends and family told me that it didn’t look the same as on the website. I also didn’t like and wanted to ship it back. I got the email from the seller, and he announced that he wouldn’t refund for shipping, which was about $50. And he would return smaller sum, because there was discount for the dress. I haven’t even got the half of the real sum.
Seller took my order and didn't reply
I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses from the company www.uwdress.com. I got wrong sizes and tried to reach the seller, but almost all my emails were returned back, but I have no idea why. Finally, I got the reply from the seller. He promised to change the size and paid for the postage, but he fooled me and took these dresses back and stopped to communicate with me at all. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
