They haven't returned my money back
I signed up for the website www.starnow.co.uk, but I haven’t used it a lot. I paid for the membership, but after some time I decided to cancel it. I contacted the rep and asked to stop the membership and return money back. The rep replied that I would get money within 2-5 days, but it was fake promises. I haven’t got my money back. Please, help me to solve the problem and post comments about this website.
They didn't provide jobs and fool people
The company www.starnow.co.uk is really unprofessional and bad. They fool people and don’t provide jobs. They promised me a lot, but in result I got completely nothing. Also I paid them money for the portfolio and pics, and everything was completely useless. The rep promised to find me job and call me soon, but after that nothing happened. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I VISITED STARNOW.COM AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE AN INTERESTING WAY OF GETTING WORK AS A MODEL. HOWEVER THE ABUSE I EXPERIENCED WAS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR A PROFESSIONAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AGENTS CONTACTING MEMBERS, I WAS CALLED A VARIETY OF NAMES - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME DON'T LET THEM 'RIP' YOU OFF. CASTING NOW IS ANOTHER COPYCAT SITE. DON'T BELIEVE THEM OR THEY WILL TAKE YOUR IDEAS AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT FOR THEMSELVES.
Since the new website, I’ve submitted a few self tapes/applications, but I’m not sure if they’re being received because there are no clicks on YouTube, Can you please confirm that my applications are actually being received. I do spend quite a bit of time preparing for these.

Y'all took my money and I don't want your service because no one contacted me
This company signed me up for two simultaneous accounts, charged me twice, inconsistently, without informing me of doing such. Now, they are not explaining how they let this happen and they will not fully refund me. Also, they are going to charge a processing fee to cancel my account.
i sent a story about my life as requested by a company from star now and star now london a rosi wrote me blocking my account and stating that i should ring 999, or sanmartians, and take a walk and get help . first i thought it was a joke. than i am told the my site is fake but i still cannot log in, something not ok and i need to know.
