Worbucks properties and associates owned by benjamin worbucks and his wife pamela franco does the following:
-they bounce commission checks made out to their real estate agents
-they bounce refund escrow consumer/client deposit checks
-they are not paying their rent at the office
-they have been evicted from their residential home
-they are chaging high penalty fees to their agents for making minor mistakes or for not making any mistakes at all
-worbucks is a ripp off!
-agents dont work for worbucks benjamin worbucks pamela franco
-consumers, do not give any escrow deposits to worbucks
-co-brokers do not do business with worbucks
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
it is true. Benjamin Worbucks is the biggest crook around. They screwed up many many agents. I was there at the hearing when this thief of her husband fined $100000 and license revoked.
They stole plenty of money from most of their agents before they got shut down by the real estate commission.
Yes she Pamela Franco and this guy should be in jail. They have swindled plenty of money from all kinds of people including their landlords. Pest big time. Just check the real estate commission.

What is Linden Moe from America's Elite Real Estate in Jersey City, NJ Talking about? This guy is obviously delusional. Who is talking about Worbucks or Pamela? For what I learned, Pamela Franco has her Real Estate Brokerage in Mahwah, NJ with a pretty good concept for sellers to save tons of money and is hiring salary based realtors: www.qworldrealty.com and her husband is some kind of scientist so I don't understand how you call her a crook if the real estate commission has her actively licensed. You don't make any sense. You know exactly who I am Mr. Moe. I am a buyer who you scammed. Stop trying to cover up your bad dealings. Why are you changing stories? Your troubles and issues with your previous broker and employers are none of my business. Those blogs you wrote about them and are trying to promote here on a complaint website is irrelevant. Why don't you tell the public who you really are. A crook, a scammer, a fraud. (We spoke to Jennifer stark about that Jericho campaign and she is willing to help get the word out as well). Why don't you tell them that you were served with a court date? What are you waiting for? I never said that you did not have clients or customers that are fans of your work. I applaud you for putting up those 2 posts above. God was obviously on their side that day. What I am saying is that you have handful of clients that you screwed. But for what it's worth, I will post actual proof and attach the file of our the papers you had us sign which clearly does not state that you are allowed to keep buyer's money just because you showed them the property. It does not say anywhere on the paper that you are allowed to keep our money especially if we do not buy. We are also going to direct a few other people that you scammed like that seller that you tried to steal their house by having them sign a quit claim deed since you are starting to believe your own stories. You are going to get caught soon Mr. Moe. And your record is not spotless like you say. Would you like me to post/attach a copy of your criminal charges from the bergen county courthouse on the next posts? We have been doing research about you. I'm not trying to embarrass you Mr. Moe. That is not what we are about unlike you. I just want you to return our money. We do not care about your other troubles with your other employers. You are obviously a liability to your peers and do not blame a a company of that size to be shut down if they had a handful of agents like you.
