I am an online retailer and have placed an order with this company. I logged into my account to check on the shipment of my items and they are not there, although payment has been made, a confirmation email has been sent to me and the items were to be delivered yesterday. I tried the online chat and the customer service rep could not help at all. She says i didn't place an order, so i copied the invoice and receipt from Paypal and sent that and she said, "you not place order" and closed the chat! Now i can't get back in the chat. I have sent an email and also made a complaint with Paypal and not sure what else to do. I am extremely disappointed in their service with is contradictory to how they advertise on their website! .TEL

    Hi there ! this is what has happened to me. They have charged for the order I have placed and I also have got confirmation of payment receiving but after paying them UdS 100 neither I am able to log back on not my account nor I have got any confirmation of order placed. It seems that they have done fraud with me.

    This website is fake that’s y they charge in advance after paying them money U don’t get neither the stuff ordered not money
