SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / ridiculous customer service

About two weeks ago I ordered a very expensive dress and paid over $100 for it. Their website shows that my order was not shipped yet and is still processing. Information on their website states that shipping usually takes 10-20 business days. I've contacted Wanelo so many times and no one ever replied. Something fishy is going on and I'm afraid I just lost $100! Very poor customer service, I'm extremely disappointed and will continue to report this site. These scammers should be shut down for stealing peoples money!
