This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

A kitten was taken to VIP Petcare Service, mobile vaccination clinics at Petfood Express, and the kitten was totally over vaccinated with unnecessary vaccines, when the customer did not request them, and only asked for a FVRCP vaccine. They did them anyway and charged her - and the kitten was only 10-weeks old, and received vaccines that were completely inappropriate for her needs.

This company is heinous, greedy, toxic to pets, kills animals - there are countless complaints against them on the Internet - people's whose animals have died as a result of their "selling the complete package" to kittens, puppies, adult cats and dogs - when it's not necessary. They don't care about the animals, nor their customers - only about greed and money.

VIP Petcare should be put out of business - they are doing far more harm than good to pets.

Pet owners - if you want a healthy, happy animal - stay aware from VIP Petcare Services. Beware of their lack of professionalism. This is an unethical company, making very bad decisions about people's pets.

Don’t use VIP Petcare since prices are much higher than vets with their own offices that have much more flexible hours. I found out my local vet charges less than half of what VIP Petcare charged and they won’t adjust their charge for me. Very disappointed.

Untrustworthy when it comes to prices. They let you think that you’re getting a good deal meanwhile, they don’t mention that the booster shots are an additional charge since their ‘Choice Package’ specifically list the inclusion. And here we thought that these people are decent and honorable the way they market themselves

On May 29, 2021, I took my pets to the Vip Pet care mobile clinic @ Rainbow AG in Lakeport, California for their rabies shot. One pet escaped their custody and remains missing. I paid them for both pet vaccinations the day of service. Yes, they charged me in spite of my cat being lost.

After 4 days and several messages, on their website, Facebook page, email, and Twitter, they replied via email.
They accept no responsibility for my missing pet, and provided no assistance with the search.

After threatening to seek legal advise, they now claim that my missing pet had bitten someone but refuse to provide any information to their claim.

I am heartbroken over the loss of my pet. And outraged by their lack of concern for the welfare of my lost pet. They were negligent in the care of my pet, which resulted in my pet being lost.

For 21 days, I have went 32 miles round trip, 2 times per day, set out pet traps filled with fresh food & water in hopes of retrieving my pet.

Last night I came to the realization that my pet is never coming back home. With a heavy heart I must accept this truth.

My personal advise to all pet lovers, do not assume that your pets will be returned to you when using this service. This business is only in it for the money, they are unremorseful and totally lacking in compassion. They should not be operating this business and their license should be suspended.
