My experience with VampireFreaks was absolutely terrible! I cannot stress enough how much you should BEWARE of this website. I ordered some items for my son for Christmas, and one of the shirts had a HUGE hole in the side of it. The shirt had not even been worn yet! I contacted Vampire Freaks on January 2nd, after the holiday, when my son first tried on the shirt and found the hole. I was told that I had only 5 days to report an issue, even during the holiday season! Keep in mind, they were closed during part of these 5 days.

I sent pictures and explained exactly what had happened, and I only requested that the same shirt be replaced. However, I received another response which stated, "Sorry, despite it being during the holidays and we sent you a defective item, we are not going to do anything to rectify the situation." I also asked for a manager to call me three times, but I did not receive a call back.

Their items are not cheap in price, so I would think that they would want return customers. However, they did not seem to care about the quality of their products or customer satisfaction. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt like Vampire Freaks took my money and did not deliver what was promised.

The size chart clearly stated that my skirt should have been at least 3 inches bigger! I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that?

Does that look like an adult XL to you? I don't think so. And if you look closely, you'll see that it's only 30 inches. That's a Medium, not an XL.

There were a lot of women, who posted photos in bras and underwear. The moderators didn’t react to the harassments and rude words. After I saw everything, I simply deleted my account. I was disappointed in this place and wouldn’t advise it to other users.

Also they have banned me and I decided that it was time, when I needed to delete my account. I hope that soon the website will be shut down, because the website is uncontrollable and awful.
