UGM review: Unauthorized credit charges

My last VISA statement (through the Hershey Federal Credit Union) contains two charges, one for $19.95 by UMG*BUYEDG [protected]-6731304 IL - Trans Date 05/05, Post Date 05/06, MCC Code 5956 and the other for $19.95 by UMG*MY ADV [protected]-6731304 IL - Trans Date 05/08, Post Date 05/09, MCC Code 5969. I have no idea what these two charges are for, and have never dealt with any UGM company.

Just what is UGM, how did they get my credit card number, and who authorized them to use it?
