Romesh savanghan is a con man who sold me a bad wig from a company called Trendz. He charged me Rs 200, 000 for a bad wig. It was poor quality and kept shedding hairs. Refused to meet despite many calls. This company got raided by cosmetics agency for illegally selling poor quality products too and fined Rs 500, 000. So please beware before using their service. They have poor quality merchandise for which they charge a lot of money.

Mr GaneshPu- unfortunately we do not have you on our records so it may appear that you are a bogus person or a competitor. it suprises us that you chose to voice your complaint on this platform instead of seeking legal methods through lawyers or the law enforcement to right the so called wrong we have done.
We currently do not have any wigs for rs 200, 000/-
Usually hair fall is a common feature of any wig and we provide warranties, disclaimers etc which if you were a real genuine customer, would have seen on our forms, invoices, receipts, and acknowledgement slips. We encourage anyone who has any grievousnesses with us to visit our center as we like to resolve all matters and do not hide from problems.
We do not sell any cosmetics, so it is quite surprising that we we apparently raided. i am sure our staff and our cctv cameras would have picked up on it if it did happen.
At Trendz Advanced Hair Care Solutions; our chief objective is not to make money (it is, obviously, but not our main objective), but to make a difference and to help people suffering from hair loss. We do not offer solutions, but advise on what to do. the customer at the end decides what they want to pursue. We even direct some of our inquiries to our competitors if it is requirements which we cannot fulfill.
For the last 2 years (or more), we have even started giving back to the community in terms of hair donation drives to create awareness and issue discounted and free wig systems to men and women suffering from different types of medical related hair loss conditions.
Trendz Advanced Hair Care Solutions is the oldest center for hair loss in sri lanka where we have treated more than 5, 000 customers since 2009 and have over 1, 000 men and women who are using hair wig replacement systems. We do not believe in making sales, but rather building relationships. If the above was a real customer, they would understand that that's what Trendz is about.
