I moved into my new condo apt. since aug 2008 and its now april 2009 and i am still waiting for the lounge facilities to be open. they keep giving excuses about getting a fridge door fixed.
when i bought the apt pre-sale, the contract includes the use of a lounge, tv room, etc.
does anyone have the same problem. is there any recourse for owners like me to pursue the case? is there anyway i can complain to the relevant dept or agency?
