I had emailed too faced twice in the last week with no response on a item my little girl bought me. When I had gotten it the palette had been damaged the case was broken and so we're the eyeshadows. My little girl is bought this with her own money that she had saved . Please explain to me how that is our fault your product was damaged do the right thing and either refund me or send me a new one. I can definitely give you a bad rap. Funny thing yall are in Cali right were I grew up well San Clemente and you wonder why people say the things they do about us Californians. So be the better man since you make tons of money and at least respond to my email. Never had I ever had a problem with urban decay what's so ever. I look forward to hearing from your company soon. Very soon.
