TomTopReceived product not working properly

I bought a product from you back in august for my daughters christmas which isnt working properly. We didnt realose it was woeko g priperly until it was opened for christmas and I have tried emailing both email addresses from my emails and jad no response. This item was boight back in aigust and was very expensive. I am not happy with the struggle i am having trying to get help regards this matter
