Didn't deal with them directly but we purchased a home that he supposedly put a new roof on. Started having issues with water seeping in. Had roof looked at by contractor and come to find out TNT put new shingles over rotten wood. No tar paper, no ice barrier and no proper ridge venting. On top of that, no permit was pulled per town.
