TJM gold series suspension

Hi I purchased all round gold series suspension for a hilux. I have done 75000 highway kms. Last week I hit a pot hole in the road and both front schockers snapped of at the bottom. They have damaged the driveline and boots around them. This must be a fault and are just looking for replacement and damage fixed. I am a builder and rely on the vehicle for work and would just like the matter resolved

TJM customer service

This concerns TJM Store( #645) 2701 S.W College Rd

I was in the store, Thursday October 19, 2017 at 6:45pm.
My daughter (6yrs old) was with her mom in the dressing room. My wife called me to see the outfit on my daughter. I went just around the bend to the hallway of the woman's dressing room, (not down the hallway) and I was rudely and loudly asked that I cannot stand there and must move by the employee Solest, and I did.
I am 43 and have several tattoos, I suspect this was the issue.
So, I told my son (9 years old) quietly to go get an outfit and come back. He proceeds into the men's dressing room in front of Solest. I quietly told my wife to go into the men's dressing room to see my son's outfit. (This was a test on my part). The answer as I assumed, nothing was said to my wife being in the men's dressing room. I called out Solest on the issue, and she made the key comment and my wife heard it, **I SOMETIMES MAKE EXCEPTIONS**to allow someone of the opposite sex into a dressing room. The employee could not answer my question of why I was not allowed and my wife was.
I asked for the manager, Solita. I Told her of the situation and she could not specifically answer this question. She just seemed I was a waste of time and shrugged me off, as I am definitely being discriminated against. I am now filing a complaint towards TJ Max.
I will be happy to see this issue resolved with an explanation and a proper monetary or credit for the stress this has caused or further action will be taken.
