I found out that the Brick does not have a return policy on any purchases that you made at the store. It is not written any where. The salesperson whispered it to me. The customer service woman told me that the company policy is that there is no refund on any products once delivered.
On its website, it only have the following "Deposits on Special Orders are not refundable after product is shipped from the manufacturer". I also got this email from them.
"The Brick does not have a return policy. Everything that we sell has warranty in case of damage when you take possession of it, and against manufacturer's defects, but we don't have any sort of guarantee in place for when you buy something and then change your mind. In every instance, the final decision regarding possible returns or refunds would be up to the store you originally purchased from. I would urge you to contact the store directly."
So I have one purpose and that is to warn everyone who is thinking of buying anything at The Brick, BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO RETURN. Such companies should take the proper steps to ensure that there is proper signage and CLEAR policy on returns.
