For over one month, I have been trying to reach to cancel my credit card purchase, at any of their phone nmbers (I have found 4 different ones) any of their websites (have found 3), any of their addresses shown on their literature (have found three) and at any of their business names (two different ones were listed on their billing to my credit card : "JobAgency [protected]" and "[protected] E-Job Las Vegas NV. Their order form states clearly in two places that the orders may be canceled within 60 days. I began trying to cancel four days after I placed the order on 1/27/11, and never got a callback, never even reached anyone ("our system is down", "Sorry for any delay" and "Having problems with our system", always a recorded message. My emails were never accepted or acknowledged, my calls to reach their customer service at the above number were never connected or acknowledged. After 2 emails from them in mid-Feb they stopped coming. leading me to believe that some of the message I had sent or left had been received and they would cancel/refund. But my new credit card statement billed me for the entire amount, which I immediately disputed with the credit card company (MC). By not answering their phones or emails, they avoided my cancellation calls. Their names keep changing, their webisites disappear, their phones are never answered, and their addresses may be fake. This is an absolute scam, I want a refund, and I'll keep trying to get them prosecuted.

Since I've been reading and it seems that we are all having the same trouble with the auction employment training institute. I decided to go to www.stopfraud.gov and file a valid complaint against them. The more of us who file a complaint here the better the chances that we as americans can stop one more company from taking money from those of us who need it or could put it towards something else that our household needs.

Once you go to the website www.stopfraud.gov, click on report financial fraud, from there click on the computer based fraud. Once you have submitted your complaint they will send you a verification email.

The more of us that do this, the chances are better for the next person that they will not be scammed!

The Auction Employment Training Institute has been shut down, most likely for good. They were utilizing a company named Wholesale Match for their merchandise. Wholesale Match has been issued an injunction by the Federal Trade Commission and has been "temporarily" shut down. I'm sure this is what has put a monkey wrench into The Auction Employment's Virtual Warehouse.

The following links are to the FTC website concerning the injunctions.

I don't know how that helps those us who paid the Auction Employment people though.
I do have the mailing address for them and the Better Business Bureau does have a file on them but their rating is already an F. Maybe we can send letters to the PO Box AND the FTC.

I, too, have had the same issues with these people at the same site. A friend of mine introduced me to the site and he has gotten nowhere with them as well. The phones are always busy. The online support chat says, "You just missed us." The many emails I sent them go unanswered. Definitely a scam. I don't even know what else to do.
