Telemed / Wrong billings and no response
I have had it with Telemed. My account was debit doubled the amount it was supposed to be debited. this has cost me unnecessary costs I cant afford.
I have been trying to contact the centre for two days. their number just cuts out (of which i have tried all the numbers on the internet even), I have emailed the consultant directly who i dealt upon application, left multiple emails on the enquiry system, and even sent faxes for someone to respond to me.
Is this the service we get for being a customer!!! I am infuriated by this. I am thinking this is just a scheme to take your money and well sorry for you, you can never reach them.
I am looking at cancelling my policy as I dont need this type of service.
I want my money back, my policy hasnt even kicked in yet and this is what happens. i want my money back and immediate response. But then again neither of these will happen.
I am appauled I have never received such bad service from anywhere.
