I have worked for the company Teen Hearts and I have created my one piece of work. The owners of the company said that they wouldn’t use it, because it wasn’t want they really wanted to sell. I have also another job, so when I visited their website, I found out that they placed my piece of art for sale. I left the comment and sent angry email, but the owners deleted this comment and ignored my complaint.
I ordered back in December of 2015. They took out the money as soon as I purchased two hoodies. I ordered one for my sister and one for me so I used her email since she checks it everyday. She emailed them at the end of Jan. Of 2016. They never emailed back. At the middle of feb. she sent an email with the order number and said I wanted a refund. The next day it was overnighted to me. It sucks I had to ask for a refund before they would ship. Now that I know they steal art work from artist I wish I never would've bought them
I ordered a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt from this website for my birthday on about May 4th. They took the money out of my account as soon as I ordered them, yet I haven't received any confirmation email. From what I've seen, and read, about this website and its' products, it's safe to say that I basically threw my money out of the car window. Wasted about $80, and I'm probably never going to see these item, get my money back, or even receive an email back! Horrendous company, apparently stealing ideas and designs from other people without giving them any credit, and not even sending people what they ordered! It's basically a clothing Ponzi scheme, and if I could spit on everyone involved, I would. Disgusting.
l I ordered in February and haven't heard a thing. No confirmation email and no replies back as to why it hasn't been processed. They took my money out of my account IMMEDIATELY. So I know it went through, I have an order number. It's a hit and miss, I don't suggest it. Granted, they gave me a heads up of how busy they are but I never got a confirmation email nor any replies back about my concerns. This place is awful.
i ordered a sweater from that stupid company and they never sent it to me and this order was placed NOVEMBER 23RD and they've ignored every email i sent to them about it and even deleted the item from their website, it's january 17th and i still havent gotten it back, nor even heard back from them about it.
