I am using internet via TEdata company . Since Wednesday I do not have any access to the internet . When I report my problem they know one day after the cause is the telephone center that I am related to has changed the phone number and they didn't inform me . The more unprofessional side of the story is related to the sales department, as it is their job to transfer from the old number to the new one ...the representative told me four days and I will receive my password ... Four days without internet and no one bother himself to solve my problem... How professional TEdata is!!!
