I made inquiries about a private registration for my car, I wanted to pay for it over a 12 mont period I paid a deposit but before I had applied for credit or signed anything I had second thoughts about using this company, so I told them to cancel my query and just refund my money this was all in a 3. 4. Minute time frame but they said that they would not refund me anything, I told them I had not applied for credit or anything and I had a 7 day cooling off period but no they still refuse to refund my deposit.
