snugaustraliauggboots.com.au review: fake uggs poor service

snugaustraliauggboots.com.au is not a legite website. My story:

I'm from The Netherlands and I've ordered one pair of Button Wraps Ugg Boots - Chestnut on the 4th of januari 2010 at the site:snugaustraliauggboots.com.au. The order total on my bill was 140, 68euro The same day snugaustraliauggboots debited my creditcard for 154, 80euro. They use a different rate of exchange on the site. I send them a e-mail with my complains but i received no reply. After 19 day's the status of my order switched tot 'dispatch' another 16 days later i received my order. The boots were wrapped in a plastic bag and i have to pay another 48, 80 for customs and tax. totaly i've payd 154, 80 + 48, 80 = 203, 60 euro

In Holland the real Button Wraps Ugg Boots are 200 euro.

I've payd a few bucks to much and received...

They look cheap, they feel cheap, they walk cheap, they smell cheap, they ARE cheap!

Never snugaustraliauggboots.com.au for me again! a shame for Australia!
