Avoid. Purchased a Sonicare, they sent me a shipped notification, CHARGED my card and when I contacted them a week later saying that the UPS tracking site did not show an update, they told me to wait 2 more days. I pressed them on the issue and they admitted that the item was backordered and would not even ship until 2 weeks from now.

    well did you ever receive the product or not??? the heading of your article says you didn't, but the content of your article just says it was delayed...which is it?
