This so called company has been TRULY frustrating, so many honest people have been taken advantage of for the profits of this attempted organization. I have endless responses regarding the fact that this group of people is simply preying on consumers left and right. We have no problem with shopvendio.com, it's the people that have attached themselves by a simple forward slash - hardtofindfilms technique, disgusting. For instance don't make the mistake of thinking that this supposed "hard to find film" company has anything to do with the REAL Hardtofindfilms.com period!

I just got my order from them, ya it took a month, but I still got my order. These people are NOT a scam.
I feel REALLY bad that this is a real company, but they are having their business hurt by one obsessed guy by the name of Brett Gaddes. Look at all the complaints online, they're all started by a guy by the name of Brett Gaddes. Thats sad.
I wish I had discovered this complaint board earlier. I made the mistake of ordering a DVD from shopvendio.com/hardtofindfilms back on 2/3. Have not received the DVD. I emailed them at nostalgiacollector@yahoo.com and no response. I called them at the number above but some automated message came on stating something like, "Call free anywhere" or something, so I quickly hung up. How can I get a refund for this? Or does vendio not offer any sort of customer service? Or will I need to contact my credit card company and have them revoke the charge? Thanks.
Watch out for the people that work behind shopvendio.com/hardtofindfilms in NJ; they ARE NOT exactly who they say the are, from what I read online from numerous shoppers is that they definitely have no association with the company Hardtofindfilms.com however they do seem to enjoy the fact that some people believe they are the real thing!
You see, everytime us consumers try to let other fellow hard working people know the TRUTH, which is that this supposed hard to find company in Jersey City, NJ is NOT THE REAL Hardtofindfilms.com, some of their "staff" tries their hardest to cover up the truth! Buyer Beware...
