This old lecher, Chuck Salisbury, is a former stock broker who took me for $20, 000 in his 10 Percent Down scam. If you check with the Nevada Secretary of State, you will see that Charles Salisbury's so-called company, SC Marketing, is not in good standing. In fact, nothing with this creep is in good standing. I contacted him by phone and email, and even facebook to inquire regarding my investment. Of course, Chuck Salisbury never responded. I did some basic research into Charles Salisbury.
It seems that all he wants to talk about are Philipino underaged girls. he claims to be a "writer" because he self published a brochure that a high school student could write. His so-called credentials are from online colleges, and are probably not even real. What sane person will write "MBA" after his or her name.
If Chuck Salisbury approaches you for an investment in real estate, think hard or you can end up as I have - with $20, 000 stolen under false pretenses.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Charles Salisbury conned me into giving him money for trip to Belarus to do charitable work. Instead, Chuck Salisbury went on a sex-dating trip. This happened a few years back, but now I see people are on to him. The crook needs to be brought to justice.
Although the information is true about Turan Petroleum and Hiep Trinh I am one of the victims not anyone at fault. I was hired in good faith to be the Secretary Treasurer of Turan Petroleum and signed a two year employment contract. When I discovered that Turan, et al. was a fraud I resigned from the Company. Turan still owes me wages as they paid me for one day. Upon filing with the Labor Board, Turan quickly filed a Civil Suite against me an represented that I had stole $2, 000.00 which was not true. In fact the Company owes me over $350, 000.00. The net result was they dropped their lawsuit against me and I dropped my complaint. against this criminal enterprise. As a retired Stock Broker and Investment Banker with major Wall Street Firms for 22 years with never a complaint. My advice to potential employees of any company that is not public and has no balance sheet, Pass. If they make promises of future income that doesn't pay the bills. And Friendship does not ensure payment for wages. Everything written about me regarding Turan is mis-Directed. I was the ONLY credible person working for Turan. Who ever wrote this complaint and included me knows the truth.
Interesting that the writer of this "bad news" also works for a Company called Turan Petroleum and the principals are being charged with Money Laundering and Income Tax evasion by the California Attorney General's office as well as the IRS. So, after derauding investors of millions of dollars they want to claim that Salisbury is the bad guy. Salisbury has a stellar record and nothing said about him can be trusted when the writer refuses to identify himself. But, if anyone wants to know who he is I will provide his name. He is a fat Korean Gorilla (looks only) who is as crooked as the people he works for. A G. against Hiep Trinh who took $750, 000.00 from Vietnamese investors in Michigan.
LANSING - Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette today announced the
Attorney General's Corporate Oversight Division has charged a California man
for an alleged investment scam targeting Michigan's Vietnamese community.
The charges are the result of complaints to the Attorney General's Office.
"Financial scams devastate the lives of citizens who worked so hard to
provide for their families, " said Schuette. "Scams perpetrated by a trusted
friend are especially reprehensible, and our office is committed to prosecuting
these crimes to the fullest extent of the law."
The charges allege that between November 2005 through October 2008
Hiep The Trinh, 45, of Fullerton California, used his longstanding ties to
Michigan's Vietnamese community to perpetrate a complex investment scam. It
is alleged that Trinh convinced his victims that they could get in on the "ground
floor" of a promising hi-tech manufacturing company, "NRG, " before the
company issued a public stock offering.
In reality the company never existed and it's alleged that Trinh was simply
pocketing the money to support an extravagant lifestyle that included luxury
cars, expensive jewelry, a multi-million dollar home, and gambling junkets to
Las Vegas where he would wine and dine new potential victims. Schuette
estimates approximately $750, 000 in fake stocks were allegedly sold to eleven
victims.
The following charges have been filed by Schuette with the 56th District
Court in Eaton County Michigan against Hiep T Trinh:

Salisbury imported Russian brides even married one who quickly divorced him. He has been in an out of court for failure to pay child support. I caught him embezzeling from the company I worked for. How many people he has embezzlwed could be in the
hundreds. This guy is BAD news, a total fraud. StanD.
