Sarraf review: Deceptive product selling

I purchased a White Gold chain that was sold to me as a 2.7mm chain. When I received it, it was just over 2.3mm. I contacted Sarraf and told them that they had accidentaly sent me the wrong width chain. (because they do sell as 2.3mm chain) After several correspondences it was explained to me that the 2.34mm chain was in fact the chain that they are selling as a 2.7mm chain. I explained that if I wanted the 2.3mm chain, I would have paid the cheaper price and got that chain. Instead I requested and paid for the 2.7mm chain! I was very dissappointed and would caution others from buying from this only jewler.
