Royal Business Systems review: dishonest owner

Owner is horrible to work for. Office products copiers etc... sales and service. Office staff low pay no benefits, sick time, vacation. Owner is abusive, vulgar language throws screaming fits. Operations and facilities are old and run down.
Sales staff has no salary, draws, commissions are changed upon payroll submission by owner without notice to staff. After a sales Rep developers a account base they are terminated without cause via email and the owner will go out and sell the accounts. Pre -employment interview and agreements are a joke. No benefits at all for sales. Owners reputation is so bad he is having to staff from outside Spokane or young adults with no industry knowledge. No training,

Customers are secondary money is the first priority. Service is horrible. Owner will sale used products as new.
