January 14, 2008 I purchased a rca drc279 from walmart in lawrenceville, ga. to protect the walmart return/exchange policy I kept the receipt for 90 days. I now find that the open/close button does not work. my favorite cd is trapped inside and I can play it but cannot open the unit to play other cd's. I wrote the following: thompson, inc., products exchange center, 11721 b alameda avenue, socorro, texas 79927 of they had any suggestions as to how I might get the unit to open. this was close to a month ago and I have not heard from them. can I get any help to solve this problem
