RageOn still haven't received my order... or the reshipped order they sent

I don't even think one star covers it. I ordered 6 things on November 19th, 2016. It was guranteed delivery by Christmas. The week before Christmas only 2 things showed up. I spoke to them and they said they'd look into it and call me back. No call. Christmas passes and I try again. They eventually reship my items, mind you I couldn't reach them over the phone anymore so it was a painstaking process to get a response.

This damn package has still not come from Jan 9th and its Jan 27th. I live in Austin, TX and It has been to: San Antonio TX, Cotulla TX, then two different parts of WA, then OH, next on to Los angeles, back to San Antonio and now back to WA...

RageOn order

Order a jacket and shirt December 11, 2016. Today is January 14, 2017x, still have not recieved it try calling not taking calls at this time only communication is through emails. Ask for a refund basically told me no. Still no product in hand . Products are coming from overseas Poland somewhere that's what the tracking says. Thought it was being produced in the United states. NOT! HAD TO FIND A NEW COMPANY IN THE U.S. INK IT MY WAY. WHICH IS BASED HERE IN THE US. AND THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND COMMUNICATEMAIL. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH RAGEON AGAIN. AND SOME IS GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND .

RageOn delivery

I ordered my sweater november 30th for a party i'm going to the 23rd, this friday. I still haven't gotten it and when i track it, it informs me it still hasn't even shipped. I then get an email from the company stating, "order you clothes by dec. 16 to ensure your delivery the 25th. " customer service tells me they'll get back to me. Bull#### companyou that doesn't care about their customers. Going to look like a jack ### without a sweater at a sweater party. Thanks for nothing rage on. Might as well change your name to #### me.

RageOn never resolved my issue

Ordered a dress from RageOn website and as soon as I received it I decided to return it because I was not satisfied with the quality and it looked nothing like pictures!
First of all I contacted RageOn customer care service and asked if it was possible to return the dress and get a refund. The rep I spoke to said that yes it was possible, but first I have to send the one I did not like back.
I did as they said and received a confirmation notification from the shipping company that RageOn did receive the dress. I contacted them again and asked about the money and they claimed that they received nothing.
So literally I lost both my money and my dress.
Such a terrible experience. Never again!

RageOn did not receive order

I have ordered a shirt from RageOn and never received it! I asked them about my order and they said that they need some extra days to deliver it! Another week passed and I contacted them again and they said that there was some kind issues with the shipping company and said that I have to be more patient! Asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds! I'm very disappointed with this company! Ordered over a month ago and still no order!

I completely agree with other customers of Rageon. I ordered two shirts - it took 6 days to
ship. The shirts were super huge and I asked for an even exchange. Unbeknowst to me, the company said they were custom and no refunds or even exchanges. But in waiting for that generic response, I had already sent the shirts back via UPS. On the 6th of May the shirts were delivered. I had to call back on the 12th to ask would they be shipped back. It is the 21st of May and I still havent received my shirts. Never again will I support this company and I do not recommend it.

RageOn too slow

I've purchased a jacket from RageOn and it took them over two months to deliver it! Their customer service was actually nice, but very unhelpful. They really wanted to help me. Because of the time it took to get my jacket I was skeptical about ordering at RageOn again. But I wanted to wear that jacket on a special event, and since it did not arrive on time, I could not do that! I don't think that I will be ordering anything from them again!

RageOn not worth the money!

This is the second time I have ordered from RageOn. I purchased a lot of things, using the sizes of the garments in our previous order as a guide. But when I received my items I was very disappointed because the sizing was completely different. The t-shirts I received were super small and looked ridiculous!
Tracking numbers did not work, half of my order came weeks later than the other half without any communication or help from customer service. I'm very disappointed with the products I have received. Better save your money and stay far away from this website!
This website is a complete joke!

RageOn broken zipper and it wasn't worth it to return the hoodie

I will never again buy from the website www.rageon.com. I have ordered hoodie from them, but they have serious problems with the delivery. I waited 3 weeks for the order. Also when I got it, it turned the colour of the hoodie was wrong and the zipper was broken. It was useless to send it back, because the seller asked to pay for the return postage on my own. So, don’t order from them, because too many problems from them.

I ordered 2 t-shirts and when i got them i could not believe how bad the quality was. I paid $27 each for the shirts and they looked like T-shirts you buy from a street vender that sells them for $5 each. This company is a RIP OFF.

Socks, still waiting on order, its been a month and unable to talk to anyone about it and its been sitting at NewYour, NY for a week when I track it. Would be great to talk to a living human being. This item was for a very important child. Would love to get this issue resolved. My order #304399.. Thank you!

Recently bought a "fleece blanket" ... Which is exactly what it said in my confirmation email. But what I actually received was what appeared to be a tiny cheap bandanna. When I tried to return it, the company not only wanted me to pay for the return shipping, but an additional 15% restocking fee as well. Terrible service all around.

Do not order from this site. I did not receive my order and the tracking number don't even work. Good thing about it I'm the right person because my contacts will get involved and either get this site shutdown or a suit for false advertising. Sometimes you have to address simple issues to let them know you don't play with people money.

The shirts we got compared to the shirts we received were low quality. They came out extremely pixilated and took so long to deliver that we no longer qualify for a refund. This company charges so much for their shirts and they should at least make the shirts as advertised in the picture.
