Quest Diagnostics - Employee room 10 01/12/24

I came in to drop off specimen, but was told I had more bloodwork to do which was fine. The worker I got today thats working in room 10 today was a bit rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking. I stated to her I had a copy of my insurance information, due to the lady having a issue last week pulling it up. She cut me off stating shes not billing etc...

Quest Diagnostics - glucose test

I made a appointment two weeks before January 26 2019 online at the 1700 S Lucerne Terrace, Orlando, FL 32806 location. For 7:15am I've arrived at 7am. So when they called me in they immediately said We can't do the test we close at 11AM I was furious! Because that's the reason of making an appointment online for the glucose because I didn't want to walk in and have to wait more time than I have too. So basically I wasted driving there and my time to make an appointment that wasn't going to be full field. Someone needs to either update info on the computer or do something so this doesn't happen ever again!
