We use QPAY at our metropcs store. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only do they want to take money while you process their payments. They do not offer any sort of customer service. The advertise that their services are integrated with our merchant services, however they do not. They upgraded our software so without telling us that it was a version that did not comply with our processing software. This makes us have to log in after everytime we make a payment. I would highly suggest that somebody else make a payment processing service THAT DOES INTEGRATE. QPAY F%#@% SUCKSSS
