I bought this dog through Puppy Spot and was told he was fine. After going to a Dental Veterinarian, I was told he had Hypoplasia, which is caused between the two weeks and 3 months. My Veterinarian thinks it was due to a fever he contacted at the puppy mill where he was raised in Indiana at an Amish Farm, it may also be due to poor nutrition. All I know is that he seemed Traumatized when we got him and he yelps at night while sleeping. I contacted Puppy Spot and some new guy by the name of Goran called me and said what do you want. I said if we were just reimbursed for all of his past dental and veterinarian bills, that would be OK, he then wrote back prove all of your bills, which we can't get. I am at the point where we now should be reimbursed for the full amount we purchased him.

I'm trying to buy a Shih-Tzu puppy through them now. I'm very worried now reading this. I want one so bad, but this is scary. I'm so sorry for you and the puppy and your family. They said that they are never raised in Puppy Mills! They are in homes of the breeders. I've been calling them since last week, every day. At first, there was a guy named Keefe. Then, when I called back, he was not in and Chantale answered his telephone number. I discussed what I wanted and she sent me the e-mail she had sent to a breeder, but no one ever called. Today I got through and told someone, Chantale to return my call. She didn't again after she promised she would get back to me on Monday, August 6th, 2018. So, I left an e-mail on the page itself and a lady by the name of Kathleen called. I told her I had been speaking to Chantale. So, I have worked as a stockbroker and it reminded me of all those cold callers in Florida when I worked down there. Crooks - didn't know a thing about anything but their goal is to sell. They don't care about the puppies. They just care about how much money they can make. I'm so disappointed.
