I ordered for my son two Jefferson $2 bills and a display case back on June 6, 2009. I have never received the items and when I went to check on the status of my order using the phone number listed and the online check status option I get no responce. The phone is constantly busy and the online order says something like no information available and try again in 48-72 hours.

    I could not read the rest of the complaint but I am here to tell you they ( are not above board people. Their email address with which they inform you the product was shipped is listed as "customer service, " and is, and it blocks anything you email them. The phone number they use to invite contact for customer service answered with a message, "your estimated wait time is 60 minutes." So I should pay 60 minutes of telephone toll charges (it's not a toll free number) to talk to them? No, they put up a total barricade with a 60 minute wait time. I had called their line and ordered two Titan Peelers for the price of one. After the machine (I was not talking to a person, but a machine) took my credit card number it kept trying to sell me another set of peelers and when I declined it tried to sell me another item which I declined. When it asked me to buy even yet another item I hung up on it. They never told me it'd be another $15.98 for shipping and I never agreed to it, so the contract (verbal) is invalid and I will protest the item on my credit card. Bugger is I will have to pay to return ship it--or maybe I will just keep it and protest that it never arrived cuz those chislelers are not going to pay for delivery requiring signature. Stay away from them!!

    this happend to me automated machine take my order and start add to my order more staff for more money after few try I got live person and she tell me she don't take cancelations only orders that was on the same day right after it scared me all the additions she give me wring # to cancel when i call next morning . I recive conformation @ and got the right phone # got man on their side and he tell me he can't cancel the order becuse the order was allready ship to me and all I have to do to get the tracking # and call ups to cancel a this point I call my cc and stop payment on this purchase .
    On tv Montel say that if you don't like they refund the money for the mixer but I owe them shiping and handling wich is 30$
    I wait do nothing on wensday .Tursday morning I recive e mail with tracking # call the ups and they tell me that they got the tracking # on wensday at 4 pm and ups don't have the pakage yet and even if they had I can't cancel the shipment only they can .Call back talk to supervior and this was with waiting and the cost of my long distance phone 3 hours each time wait they verify put on hold forever and disconect etc...
    at one point I think the person who said she is supervisor she tak to me as a assistant the same voice I even ask her if the man sit next to her and give her the phone I hear a gigole afternoon the same story in the circle finnly at 3pm and I started to call 8am the supervisor play a stuped game like and tell me in havy Brooklin accent"I have to be name Elizabeth to cancel the shipment " I told her that soo dam stuped you the sender stop this game you lieing ...she hungup the payment I opted was for 4 times
    decided to cancel my credit card and get new with new # and post note to my door to ups man do not leve this to me take with you !
    I learn my lesson never never again order
    from tv or forgot to write about the @ send them 4 all came back as failure all blocaded they don't want to hear complain I wonder if Montel Wiliams know what kind bunch work for him ? noreply@tvproducts or customer service bunch lieing people the health master mixer google that and find frustraded persons who returned in march and still waiting for the money !

    I ordered a Joan Rivers product from tv on 5/23/11.
    The advertised price was $19.99. Additionally, they offered buy one, get one free.
    I received only received one. I was charged shipping for both($13.98) plus the cost of the product ($19.99). I ordered the product on 5/23/11.
    On 5/25/11 a charge of $33.97 appeared on my bank statement.
    I received half of the order in a week. There was a note printed on the package that said "some items may be shipped separately.
    I waited to see if additional items would be shipped, they were not.
    On 5/30/11 I called to inquire about the rest of my order. I was told they listed my order as complete to wait a couple weeks and see if it showed up.
    Called again on 6/13/11 talked to someone named Jack. He informed me they do not offer buy one get one free and he would send my information to a supervisor who would listen to the recorded order and call me.
    Called today and talked to someone named John who said they needed more time.
    If course, since I willingly provided my credit card, I can't dispute the charges.
    Joan Rivers sells a few different products on tv. DON'T BUY THEM!!
    They have 2 different phone numbers: 973-287-5164 or 973-287-5147. Both numbers are answered by reps with accents (Sounds like India). They claim to be located in the US.
    What can be done??

    I ordered th flex ablehosse on tv. The ad said I would get 2 hoses for the price of one. I only received 1 hose. Where is the other one.

    when I ordered my flex able hose on tv, the ad said that I would get 2 hoses when I ordered and paid for 1 hose. Only 1 hose came, so I wanted to know if I was going to get the other one at a later date. Pleasw send a reply to my e-mail

    I ordered a Genie product from TV. Received it and tried to get information on how to return as there was nothing in the packaging. When I finally got through on a toll number I was told 10 minute wait. When I finally got to speak to someone, they started asking me all sorts of personal information. When I complained saying I had given them the Order number from the Email I received, I was informed it was not a correct number and all she had in front of her was a blank screen and I had to give her this information. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that person would tell me the same thing, when I insisted, after a 10 minute wait for which I paid for, I was told the supervisor was on a call with another customer and they had no idea how long it would be. I hung up and filed an online complaint with the FTC. I will never buy from a TV informercial again.

    I await my arrival of my order of an order for Genie Slim Jeggings. When I called I was assured my order was truly on back order, as their email to me stated. It's been 2 months and I nothing as of yet. The order was a birthday gift that has passed. I still have ALL of my ordering information. May I have my order or a refund or file charges.

    I ordered the Power Airfryer Oven with a 6 year protection plan, and three months later, the oven stopped working. I called to file a claim, and was told that I had to return the merchandise and pay for the return shipping. I couldn't believe I had to pay return shipping, which is going to cost me $40. Add the $40 shipping to the $159 for the oven and $30 for the protection plan, and already we're totalling $229. Plus all the return shipping charges every time the oven breaks down. That's ridiculous. The supervisor I requested to speak with, did absolutely nothing to help me. Don't buy this oven. Don't buy anything on the website. You're better off buying the products from Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon. At least they provide efficient customer service.
