Primera Air Scandinavia / cancellation of flight
On the 18 September my husband turned up at Birmingham airport to catch a flight to malaga only to find out the flight was cancelled. Flight number pf2934. I contacted Elina via your messaging service explaining the situation and looking for an explanation, she emailed me back straight away saying that I had been notified and she gave me the email address it was sent to this was not my email address and therefore I had never got the cancellation notification and further more all my information/data must have been sent to someone else. I have since been emailing her but she does not reply. My husband did manage to get on board with another airline however the stress and cost of this was horrific. The booking reference was GSAFJ7
