On Sept. 2, 2009, I purchased form Pools Etc., Inc. via EBay item #[protected] Saunacore KW6 sauna heater. Payment was remitted the same day via PayPal. Estimated delivery was Sept. 17 - Sept. 24. After not receiving the product, towards the end of September I called Pools Etc. and talked with Shawn regarding delivery of the product. He said it hadn't shipped yet, but was scheduled to go out within the week. Again, it wasn't received and once again I called. This went on until the first of November, at which time I cancelled the order via a telephone conversation with Shawn. He stated I would be receiving a refund via PayPal. Once again, this was not received. I called again on Nov. 19 and was told I would be refunded that day. It wasn't. I called multiple times for a refund after that. On Dec. 1, Shawn again told me that he had been doing the PayPal refund wrong and he would redo it that day. Nothing happened. On Dec. 11 I called and told Shawn I want to skip PayPal and have him send me a check via Priority Mail. He agreed and said it would be sent 12/14. After not receiving it by 12/18, I called again and he told me it went out via US Postal Service on 12/16. By Jan. 4, it never arrived. At that time I told Shawn I need a check # and airbill # by Jan. 5 or I would turn my claim into the proper authorities. I called Shawn in the morning and he said he would call me back later in the day with the information. He didn't call, so I called him. He would have it in 1 1/2 hours. He never called. I think I've been had.

We ordered a pool vac January 18, 2017 and have called at least 20 times after they say it will be at our location each week. It is May 22, 2017 now and I called and they hung up after "checking with their supervisor". Don't order from this place. Horrible customer service, Shawn says he will call back multiple times. Didn't happen. He called back one time and told us it would be here that Thursday. That was 2 months ago. He just called back and told me he would find out what is going on. He says that every single time I call. He is very soft spoken and it will really seem like he is going to help you out while your talking to him. As soon as you hang up the phone, Shawn starts doing something besides finding out what is wrong with your order.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RETAILER! Refused to deliver advertised items. On 3/2/12, I purchased a solar heating controller kit that consisted of a Goldline GL235 controller unit, a diverter valve, a 24-volt valve actuator and two temperature sensors. Credit card was charged the next day, but I did not receive the delivery until 3/22/12. I suspect that this retailer carries no inventory, and only procures items after an order is received. Only received the controller. Over a 2 1/2 month period, called repeatedly, trying to get them to ship the missing valve, actuator and sensors. Received the run-around each time. Eventually, I realized that the advertised price of the whole kit ($229.95) was more-or-else the price of the GL235 controller alone. My suspicion was confirmed in early June 2012, when their website was revised to show the cost of the whole kit as $344.95. Sent an e-mail explaining that I was not trying to get something for nothing, and that I would be will to pay an additional $115 (the difference between the old and new kit prices) in order to get the missing components. Never received a response!

I ordered a pump from them and it took 6 weeks to get to me. Then i got the wrong pump so i sent it back to then with a full refund but they never credited my wife's card . So after I called back they said it would be fixed the next day and i thought it was taken care of until 60 days later my wife ask me if i took care of the pump and got a refund. Needless to say i had to call back and they told me it had been credited back to the card (our statement show no refund from them) so i asked them when and who did it he said he was going to have to call me back. No call back so now I'm going to have to call a lawyer and take legal actions. This is crazy!

Had some other parts that needed replaced due to a storm. Called them 3 weeks ago and they said they would check and get back to me. Called again. They said they would call me back when they found out. They never called back.

I purchased an item in May of 2011 and they didn't have the product...even after they said it was in stock prior to my ordering. Then they said the product was no longer available and that they would give me a refund. Well it's been almost a month, and I've called them 5 times to complain and still no refund. The next step is to dispute the charge.
Don't order from these schiesters!

Agree same thing happened to me with this company. No product no refund. These guys are a drop ship operation, they dont have any inventory. They take your money and attempt to source it from their suppliers, which apparently doesn't happen smoothly.

Same thing has happened to me now with this company and I'm getting the same response when I call everyday about my diving board that I was supposed to have received on 8/15/2010. Based on what I have read from complaints that I have found through Internet searches, I'm convinced that this company is a fraud.

There is some great news regarding auction item fraud- a nationwide company with over 1, 500 agents launches in just a few days, February First. They will go, in person, to verify an auction item for you to make sure it is legitimate and they will even take the item to UPS or Fed Ex to ship it to you! The company is called Wegolook.com and here is a general description of them:

WeGoLook is an online service that provides visual confirmation and a personalized report, completed by a real person, to verify a prodcut, person, place or thing. WeGoLook customers will be better informed, avoid costly surprises, plus benefit from unbiased confirmation without having to travel.

It might be helpful to you and others to utilize their services before getting scammed- especially high-end auction items.

I am sorry to hear you have been scammed by these clowns. I just turned it over to my bank for fraud and they took it from there. Their CS and sales is all the same clown. His days are being numbered, it's just a matter of time before the feds step in there and get him.Shawn, Greg, what ever he calls himself, will soon find out what happens when you scam, and use the internet to do fraud.

Yeah, you have been had.
Why would you call this Shawn guy back and forth so many times when all you had to do is file an non-receipt (of your eBay purchased item) with PayPal?
Most likely, you would have had your money back by now.

Get in touch with eBay and PayPal immediately and see if you can still get the money back as "your claim must be filed between 30 and 90 days after the listing ends."
Good luck.
