Plus500 / changing address details.

Ive tried changing address details. I have uploaded utility bill, passport and driving license but continues to be rejected. I have had a chat with one of your agents to change address but for some reason it seems to be a complicated process.
I would like to withdraw funds but cannot due to not being able to verify account as old address still stored on the plus500 account.

Can you please assist..
