I have canceled my acct. may2007... my bank stmt is showing that planet fitness is still taking money out of my account, it is now july 2008... everytime i go to planet fitness to see a mgr named marcio marques the employees say he isn't there... this is fraud i keep receiving overdraft fee's because of planet fitness... my checks are even bouncing... this is FRAUD!

Read your contracts from now on. Comprehend them. Understand that all gyms terms and contracts are legal and you can't get out of them.
I worked at Citizen's bank and for every single dispute that came in (HUNDREDS) the terms were in the contracts. Sorry, but even if you don't read and comprehend these things, you have to still pay for them if you sign and agree to the terms.
People disputing gyms were just as annoying as the people disputing porn website charges. We have proof you did it and you're not getting a refund. Of course, the best was the guy that was visiting gay porn sites and using his mom's bank card to pay the fees...
