I asking the guy he was working in the pit stop car providing to use toilets and he was mad but I didn't much importance so I use the toilet for 3 minutes I need to make it pee and wash my hands but before I finish he open the door and say to me get out so I say I need to finish and I get out I was mad too for the actitud he talk to me so I say hey you know what this is your job and you have to give better service because you don't make this free so he geeting upset for what I say we almost fight but I was thinking its better if I make a complain so the details is. I live in Gorham and have been a customer for years.

Ordered a fill via online form on 12/31/17. When no confirmation arrived as usual, had to wait to call until January 2nd because of the holiday.

Took me 3 hours to get through after re-dialing over and over. Finally got through and on hold for an hour.

Service rep said they hadn't even gotten through the 900 online orders, so she scheduled me for 1/9/18.

They never came, despute debiting my bank account for $500. I am now down to 1/8th of a tank and keep adding K-1.

I have sent 3 emails to them as they no longer take phone calls. No response.

I need my already-paid-for oil delivered ASAP, please!

I live on Highland lake/lower Haven Rd and have been with Pitstop Fuels since 2010 without one complaint of their excellent service. Even in the dead of a snow storm they have delivered to my home.
Since they changed ownership, they appear to be only servicing people with easy access. My home is fully plowed and safe to even park their truck in my driveway, but still they claim my property is not shoveled. I believe they are mistaking my neighbors property for mine since is is impassable, but I can't reach them by phone to solve the dilemma. My K-1 tank is below 1/8th and now I am forced to but K-1 at gas stations until I can secure a new company; and most aren't taking on new customers.
I just want the public to know how unsatisfactory and dehumanizing, let alone critical a situation this company has put me in--I have pets.
This new owner is off to a very bad start with his regular customers--or maybe former customers, if this doesn't get handled soon?

We called on December 26th to order propane (tanks were at 40% and 36%) it was the back up line which took our request but would be receiving a call for payment from an actual Pitstop employee. (Card is one file) a few days go by and December 29th I start calling again, can not get through besides the back up line, this time telling us to keep calling and they have no update. I was calling 80+ times a day at all hours of the day, nothing. Finally January 4th I got a live Pitstop employee, I order propane. Paid $425.00 to fill our tanks, was told delivery to Harrison is on Tuesday and my delivery would be here today the 9th. We shoveled our walk way, sanded our driveway everything. So there would be absolutely no way we wouldn't be getting out delivery. Came home from work at 4:15 no delivery, tried to call no answer due to being after hours. Benefit of the doubt it's busy maybe they are just delivery later due to the volume of need. Now at 9 pm no propnae. I have a small child at home, I have never had a payment issue, never not filled my tanks and never had such a lack of communication. How can a company take money but not provide a service? I now have 12% and 15% in my tanks, we have had our heat on 60 and running a space heater. I called way before I hit low so that way other customer would go before us that were in need than. As we know we have no easy fix for propnae I can't go fill jugs! We are reaching a point where we will have no heat, hot water or stove due to Pitstop not providing a service which they ensured and were pre paid for. I refuse to do auto refill for the pure fact of having to run my credit, or we would. I think it's obserd I have prove I will pay with credit. I am not understand old management and new management. Yes help as many as possible but I have zero option besides propane, what is the solution here?

I contacted the customer services of Pit Stop Fuels and asked to sell me propane. They gave me the price and I agreed. Also, the rep said that they could send someone to pick the tanks and after they took the tanks, they sent me the bill and I owed them $160 that they came and picked the tanks. OMG. They wanted to charge me for everything. Don’t deal with them, because they are greedy.
