Avoid Phix Clothing at all costs! My experience matches countless others reported online, whereby the company tells you your item(s) are out of stock and will be back in stock soon. They try to keep you hanging on until the 45-day mark has passed, so that you cannot start a Paypal dispute against them - then you have no protection from Paypal and these...

Ordered july, nothing turned up, asked for a refund sept, asked again 6 times, now dec... This company should be shut down and ALL staff prosecuted for fraud.

Ordered july, nothing turned up, asked for a refund sept, asked again 6 times, now dec... This company should be shut down and ALL staff prosecuted for fraud.

yep i've been done over by them too made an order and I have been told on 3 seperate occasions that the order will arrive after emailing them to tell them it hasnt came. All I ever seem to get is an email back saying it will arrive in 48 hours and its not their fault its the royal mail's fault. Does anyone know any organisations that I can report them too becoz they've taken £100 off me

You'll have to look for it, my work computer is rubbish. Keep asking to speak to accounts and that you've contacted Companies House and Trading Standards. Don't leave them till they've made the payment. ###s, it's like they pick one in every 50 to rob. Good luck.

I got it back, stay on the phone to them and say that you are not going anywhere till you are put on to the accountant. Call them constantly and even go through the proceedure with them. Idiots, I'm still not taking this down as a testament to their appauling customer services. They should have thought about keeping good relations before hand.

I have had exactly the same issue, and as they have continually told me I will be receiving my refund, it has been over 45 days so I cannot file a dispute. No one should deal with this company as they are just robbing people of their money.

I have been waiting two months for a refund and it's getting rediculous. ********Avoid this company at all costs!********** They will tell you they dont have the stock... After that, you've lost your money.
