Wireless tv headphones
On 5/3/2022 I purchased the Own Zone tv headphone with my credit card at Farm and fleet in Onalaska, WI, the cost $42.19. I still have the receipt. The transmitter just stopped working. It doesn't light up. It will not connect with the headphones. I have tried charging it, disconnecting all wires, turn it off, tried it on our other TV, did a rescan, shut the tv off and turned it back on after a few minutes. None have helped. I really like this tv headphone; The sound is great. I am satisfied with the quality of the tv headphone. It works to help me hear the TV, so others don't hear my tv over the tv they are watching.
I would like a replacement or a refund. Please!
Desired outcome: Please replace or refund this headphone.I'd appreciate a response please.I would like an apology. Please.

The headphones stopped taking a charge. I put them on the charger for an extended period of time, more than 12 hours. They work for a few minutes then start beeping and then they go dead. Repeating the the process only has the same result. I contacted you for advice and was informed if I pay $1.00 I could get a "fix/solution" only to find out that if I gave my credit card number I would be charged $50.00! I didn't pay that much for the headphones when I purchased them a few months ago. This I find very disturbing! Is there a fix for this or do I just keep listening by wired connection?

I received the Own Zone Wireless TV Headphones for Christimas and was able to wear them for 1 month and really enjoyed using them. Then all of a sudden the little wire inside the headphones on the volume side came out slightly and they stopped working. They don't seem to be fixable and I would like a replacement for them. I've been dealing with this since January and noone has any answers. I keep getting sent to different departments with no resolution. I'm very frustrated.
I just purchased my sixth ownzone. I'm using three of them and one headset does not work well. I have to turn off/on the xmttr before use. My complaint is that the headsets crater way too often. Neither headset will charge any more. I would like to send them back to you for replacement. At $50 - $70 a whack, it gets expensive. By the way, I love the unit when it stays operational.

own zone wireless headphones
Actually this isn't a complaint but a request for help. My daughter gave me an Own Zone wireless headphone for Christmas. Unfortunately, in the madness of opening gifts, the transmitter that came with the headphone was lost. Without the transmitter obviously I cannot use the headphones. Is there any way I can obtain a transmitter? Certainly, will gladly pay for the replacement. My email is [protected]@lumc.edu and cell phone number

Back on July 15 2020 and through Amazon.com I purchased Own Zone wireless rechargeable TV headphones. Amazon.com order number: [protected]
Recently they are not able to charge and I don't know if it's the fault of the Head Phone or the charging cable. Is this something that you might be able to help me with?
Please respond,

I bought two pair and neither sets of headphones will charge and one receiver is broken right out of the box it has no connect button it fell off, the other receiver wont connect to headphone that wont charge. I got about one hr of use out of both pair wtf. I paid a lot of money and waited a long time to get these things. I got them from the sharper image and would really appreciate to get to replace them. I know how to hook them up, Ive tried trouble shooting, Ive watched videos on line about hookup. They work with my TV they are just pieces of junk that I had high hopes for. At least fix them for me.
wireless headphones.
I purchased two headphones a few months ago. after about one month they both stopped working. I called them at 800-510-7947. I was told that I would get replacements after sending back the faulty headphones. I followed their directions and several weeks later received an email saying that I received the replacements.
I did not receive the phones and called them. I was told that they would send them to me again. Several weeks later I finally received the replacement headphones. They also did not work. I called them and was told that they were now out of warranty. I believe that the warranty should be on the replacement headphones and not on the original which they told me was the case. I feel the procedure was drawn out on purpose knowing that the warranty would expire. My order number is [protected]. A replacement or refund should sove the problem.

Purchased said item, didn't work with my TV set. Called for return authorization number on 8/3, as of today 8/14 no word or emailed return label. When I call the customer service line, yada, yada, our representatives are busy with other customers, call back.in this case I wouldn't mind waiting on the phone because I want to return the product before the trial period is over, but that is not an option! Ironically when I spoke to a customer rep (8/3/18) he offered to take $10 off the purchase price if I would keep it. Now why would I keep a useless piece of equipment?!
I have purchased two headsets the first I replaced because it wouldn't hold a charge now my second set is starting to give me the same problem. I am 78 and hard of hearing but cannot afford to keep buying. I bought both sets from Amazon
