Og's renovation LTD reviews and complaints

OG's Renovation Ltd [protected], [protected](Omer & his Father Saeed) are non-professionals as they install cheap material, asking extra money and when 40% work is left, they started demanding more money breeching the contract. We finally seek legal help but their address is not correct and they didn't receive legal notice ... they delayed the basement work more than three months and denied to conitinue work. They left many pending tasks and installed low grade poor material ... strongly recommend not to hire them before good legal contract ... they wasted out months... mental stress and unethical way of talk and behavior ...

At the beginning of May my neighbour, who hired and insisted this company do the fence, informed me that they will start work in 2 weeks.May 17 2014 they started working in my neighbour backyard and i wanted to make sure they buid the fence on the proper property line so i marked it.Later that day when i returned from work i noticed holes drilled for the fence.I took out my measuring tape and went out to check on the distance.It was 3 inches on my property.So next day i informed my neighbour that holes are on the wrong place.They ignored me.I never had any contact with anyone from that company and they never asked me what i want or what i think about their work.So, after drilling holes in the ground, because of rain we had at the end of May and beginning of June, there was no work done for 3 weeks.Then on June 9 they started working and i noticed fence posts already in place.When my neighbour noticed i was home he sent me a tekst indicating they moved posts to the right distance.I believed him.On Thursday, June 12, i got message from my neighbour asking me to pay my portion of the bill as agreed.I made him a cheque and he showed up to pick it up.For the next 3 days i was fighting with my neighbour and his contractor to issue me a receipt and i finaly received it on Monday, June 16.Due to all thet rainy days we had and a fact i was extremely busy at work i never had a chance to actually inspect the fence.When i finaly got some time and i went into my backyard i almost had a hart attack.Half of the fence was not even finished.Fence was and still is on the wrong distance between houses.Fence is about 2 inches lower than main fence initially built by house builder.At the end, gate looked like some kids were playing with wood and they nailed it together and worst of all, instead putting one extra post by the house and finishing the close-of they nailed it to the house.They pierced trough my half million dollar house' siding opening a way for moisture to enter and my house will rot in time from inside out.Actual fence looks like something out of horror movies and other contractor i hired with my other side neighbour was just shaking his head when he saw it.Of course all my attempts to try and get these people to fix their mistakes fell on deaf ears.I am trying this to see if there will be any chance to salvage the situation and if i can't i will explore legal options available.Needless to say this company should not be allowed to continue with work like this since it's clearly visible they don't know what they are doing and that would save someone else all this disappointment and frustration
